Each Jelly Furkin bag is handcrafted to order by our artisans — never mass-produced or pre-stocked.
Every piece is individually cut, stitched, shaped, and finished, making each bag uniquely yours.
⭐ 2. How long does production take?
Our current made-to-order timeline:
• 2–3 weeks for handcrafting and quality inspection
• 3–7 business days for U.S. shipping
Because each bag is crafted just for you, production can’t be rushed — but we always work to deliver your Jelly Furkin as quickly as possible.
⭐ 4. When will my order ship?
Your order ships as soon as production is complete.
Estimated delivery times:
• U.S.: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 7–12 business days
• International: 7–15 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
⭐ 5. Can I cancel my order?
We offer full refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of placing your order.
Because each Jellykin is handmade and materials are quickly allocated, cancellations after 24 hours may not be possible. That said, we encourage you to reach out — we’ll always do our best to help.

We accept returns for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items received
We do not accept returns for:
- Pre-order wait time
- Change of mind
- Color preference
Because each Jelly Furkin is made to order, we cannot restock handmade bags.
